Dear friends and members of St Matthias:

What deep gratitude and joy to celebrate Pentecost and the coming of the Holy Spirit with you as part of our last Sunday here together.  We are so grateful for your warmth and welcome and the years we have shared together in ministry here.  

We wanted to thank you also for the cards, generous gifts and warm wishes.  It will be a great help to us both in finding some days of rest before the next adventure begins!

It was also wonderful to be able to gather again around the coffee table and share in the joy of each other's presence.    

We bear you in our hearts and prayers in this season of change and transition.

May you know the peaceful, wild presence of the One who calls us beloved.
