We are a Christ-centred, inclusive Anglican Church that is seeking to practice the presence of God through faith and action in our community.
We worship on the traditional territory of the Songhees and Esquimalt First Nations with whom we prayerfully seek deep reconciliation and healing.
Generally, our primary worship happens on Sundays at 10 am in the church, and all are welcome to join us. (Weather permitting, we also love to worship outdoors!)
Thursday mornings at 10 am, join us for a smaller, more informal celebration of the Eucharist that includes a time for reflections on the Scripture readings for the coming Sunday. We gather in the chapel to enjoy the special feeling of this sacred space.
We learned so much during the pandemic about keeping each other and ourselves safe. As we continue to move out of the time of pandemic, your safety remains a priority. (As of April 14, 2022, Covid-19-based restrictions on worship have been dropped by the Anglican Diocese of BC. Mask wearing indoors is still recommended ) We are passing the peace gently, trying to accommodate each other's comfort. At Communion (all are welcome at the Lord's Table), both the bread (gluten-free wafers always available on request) and wine are available. We gather for coffee and tea in the hall after worship -- please join us.
We seek to be informal but reverent, traditional but relevant.
We're deeply rooted in our Christian faith and Anglican tradition, but warmly welcome seekers, skeptics and explorers and those of any faith or none to worship with us!
