We are pleased to welcome guest preacher, Rev. Wally Eamer!
Wally is an ordained Deacon in the Diocese of Islands and Inlets serving St. Mary of the Incarnation, Metchosin. Born in Nanaimo, he grew up in Port Renfrew and Ladysmith before attending UBC and Harvard Business School. He worked for the BC provincial government as a manager and was strategic in the formation of the Great Bear Rainforest, working for the province and then representing a group of First Nations. He was ordained in 2008 at Christ Church Cathedral and is currently planning a pilgrimage in Greater Victoria, scheduled for the first week of September 2022, and in partnership with Wild Church.
